1. Purpose

ERRORCHECK provides a SaaS platform for capturing and analysing operational errors for restaurants, retail and service businesses. These terms govern the use of the platform.

2. Trial period

Each new account gets 30 days of free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. A reminder email is sent on day 28. After day 31, dashboard access is limited until a plan is subscribed.

3. Plans and payment

Available plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly. Cancellation can be done at any time — access remains until the end of the period already paid.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation: the dashboard remains accessible until the end of the paid period; QR codes keep working; data is retained for 90 days; after that, data is deleted.

5. Data ownership

Data entered into the platform belongs to the user. ERRORCHECK acts as a data processor. Users can export their data at any time (CSV/PDF).

6. Availability

ERRORCHECK aims to maintain 99.5% availability (excluding scheduled maintenance). In case of extended downtime (>24h), the period is credited.

7. Limitation of liability

Cost calculations are estimates based on statistical models and profiles configured by the user. ERRORCHECK does not guarantee absolute accuracy and is not liable for business decisions based on this data.
